I started my professional bodywork journey in 2013. Ten years later and I’m still doing what I love; helping others. Before I found my purpose in Massage Therapy I was attending college for a Bachelors in Horticulture. I loved plants, gardening, agriculture (still do!), and my first dream was to run a permaculture based community garden. During school I was working in landscape maintenance and landed myself with a debilitating back injury. I was referred to a massage therapist and my path was forever changed.

I attended school at East West College of the Healing Arts, here in Portland, OR. There, I studied a variety of modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Tui Na, and Prenatal massage, as well as energetic work and a heavy emphasis on the mind/body connection. I was well trained in anatomy and physiology as well as kinesiology. After over 500 hours of education as well as many hours of continuing education I’m still learning something new with each individual I meet.

In addition to being an LMT, I am also a mother of two ferociously smart daughters who challenge me every day to be and do better. I’m also a loving dog mom to our late pup Willow, and two young pups Zelda and Zoey, as well as two cats Licorice and Opal. In our spare time together we enjoy being in nature as much as possible, cooking, gardening, making art or music, and enjoying the zoo that is our house.

I look forward to meeting you, treating you, and getting to know you!
